As our proactive approach to IT management, NetCare combines sophisticated software tools, high quality technical support services and our expert staff to manage your IT environment from any location and be alerted before problems occur.

We understand the needs of every business are different.  We offer three levels of our NetCare IT management program to address your individual requirements in addition to a fully customized NetCare plan if one of our three programs does not meet your specific needs.

Our three programs include:



NetCare
Our base level includes tracking PC inventory, weekly patch management, network monitoring and alerts (i.e. low disk space, new network devices), email backup, virus protection and spyware alerts. It includes unlimited remote support for both server and workstation requests made to our NetCare Support Center and one 4-hour scheduled on-site visit per quarter.

NetCare Essential
Included in this package are all the services offered in the base NetCare service level in addition to unlimited on-site server support. NetCare Essential provides you the peace of mind that your servers are being proactively supported and under a fixed-fee program.

NetCare Elite
This is our premier offering and includes all the base-level services as well as unlimited on-site server and workstation support. You can rest assured that your network environment is being managed effectively and you can easily predict your annual IT support costs.

Unlike most IT firms, CTN offers solutions to both diagnose and fix your problems – from our base level to our NetCare Elite.
